By arranging for recurring house cleaning services with Landers Cleaning, you can spend your spare time doing the things you want.

How often we clean depends on a few things, like the size of your home, how many people live there, if you have kids or pets, and other variables. If you live alone, or if you’re an older couple with no kids or grandkids visiting, a monthly house cleaning may be all you need. If you have a larger homes with kids and pets, you may prefer a weekly cleaning. Bi-weekly cleaning is for households that are somewhere in between. You can adjust frequency whenever you choose. We just ask if that you give us a little notice so we can tweak the schedule to accommodate.

The Process

While recurring cleaning is pretty straight forward, we have some options and recommendations to customize your clean!

Step One: The initial Deep Clean

We understand that mess and dirt can build up over time. It typically requires additional effort to remove the old dirt. For this reason, the initial cleaning will cost more than the recurring services. Your quote will provide detailed pricing information.

Step Two: Maintenance

Once the deep clean is complete, we continue to manage the mess with the recurring cleaning checklist above.

Step Three: Deep Refresh

It is recommended that we provide a deep refresh every 6 months to keep your home sparkling. There are several things that help determine the timeframe including pets, number or residents in the home, and the amount of new dirt that accumulates over time.

Step Four: Occasional Add-on’s

Whether it’s a seasonal window cleaning, or some extra effort in the kitchen, we are here to give you the extra care you need. We do recommend you give us a 2-3 week notice for these requests. See these additional services below to add-on to your recurring cleaning services.

Residential Cleaning Add-on’s

For those messes that build over time and require a little extra elbow grease to conquer.

Interior Windows

Unveil the clarity within your space with our interior Window Cleaning. Transform your views and brighten up your surroundings as our team brings a new level of transparency to every pane, letting the light shine in!

Stove Interior

Add the interior of the stove to your cleaning. We use non-toxic chemicals that are safe to the environment, everyone on our team and in your home. The results may vary from harsh toxic chemical stove cleaners.

Fridge Interior

Get rid of that sticky residue that’s been in your fridge for weeks with our Add-On Interior Fridge clean. We will wipe down all interior shelves, drawers and door containers. This clean also includes interior fridge walls, bottom ledge and door seal.

Linens

Everyone hates changing the sheets, except us! Let us wrestle that fitted sheet for you. Just leave the clean sheets on the bed and we will remove the dirty ones, leave them near the washing machine and make the bed with your clean sheets. There’s nothing like getting in bed with clean sheets, especially when you didn’t have to make it yourself!

Basement

Let us clean out the spiders and jumping crickets for you. We will wipe down and dust all surfaces, high dust the corners, ceiling fans and light fixtures, vacuum and wet mop any hard surface floors.

Front Portch

Make a statement with a front porch refresh! We will wipe down all first floor exterior windows and window sills, spot clean the front door frame, shake out the door mat, sweep and wet mop tiled porches. This clean also includes a wipe down of furniture & tidying up stray items on the porch.
