1. Can you provide references?
Yes, of course. We are proud of what we do, and we have many clients who would be happy to provide a reference.
2. How much do you charge to clean my home?
Prices will vary depending on the size of your house, how often you have us clean, and several other factors. We are definitely competitive in our pricing. Please request a free estimate for more details.
3. What is ARCSI and why does it matter that you're a member?
ARCSI is the Association of Residential Cleaning Services International. Being a member of ARCSI exhibits our dedication to professionalism while distinguishing us from others attempting to enter the “home cleaning” business.
4. Is Landers Cleaning bonded and insured?
Yes, we are insured and bonded.
5. Is Landers Cleaning pet friendly? Do I have to crate my pet?
We are a pet-friendly company. As long as your pets are comfortable with us and our cleaning equipment there is no need to crate your pet.
6. Do I need to be home during my cleaning appointment?
No, you don’t. In fact, most of our clients are not there at the time of house cleaning, which tends to assist in the timeliness of the cleaning. If you are home at the time of your house cleaning appointment, we will do our best to clean without disturbing you.
7. How do you get access to my home if I'm not there?
Many clients give us a copy of their house key, which we keep at the office. Other clients leave a key hidden or in a lockbox at their home.
8. How many people will be in my home cleaning?
We generally work in teams of two; however, depending on the size of your home and what you need done, it can be 1-3 house cleaners.
9. Will it be the same person/people each time?
Once you are on the regular house cleaning schedule, we will assign you a team leader who will be there every time we clean. We’re a small company, so you will get to know the few people who come to your house by name.
10. What's your cancellation policy?
Our dependability is reciprocal. We work hard to keep your house cleaning on a set schedule, and we ask when you need to cancel or reschedule, to provide us with as much notice as possible.
11. When will you charge my credit card?
Payment is due once your house cleaning is completed. We will send you an invoice or bill the credit card on file within five days of the cleaning.
12. Do you clean carpets?
We do not currently offer carpet cleaning.
13. Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
Landers Cleaning provides all equipment and supplies needed for each cleaning. We can accommodate individual requests such as specific cleaning agents supplied by you or using only non-toxic products.
14. Do you use "green" cleaning supplies?
Our two main cleaning products are non-toxic and we can offer a completely non-toxic cleaning when requested.
15. What do I do if I have a problem or a complaint with your home cleaning service?
We are big on communication and like to hear any and all feedback. You can always email Eric, the owner, directly at Eric@landerscleanign.com. You can also contact your team leader via email or text or simply leave a note for the team on the day of cleaning. We encourage you to communicate with us in whichever form is most comfortable for you. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with every cleaning.
16. Should I tip my house cleaning crew?
Tips are not expected but are always welcome. Many clients tip the cleaners around the holiday season.
